Olen aikaisemminkin hehkuttanut harmaata ja viininpunaista väriä yhdessä. Nämä kaksi sävyä on kuin luotu toisilleen! Tämä Mulberryn villahuivi on ollut hattuhyllyllä piilossa pitkän aikaa, mutta onneksi muistin sen olemassaolon. Se toimii hyvänä väripilkkuna lähes missä tahansa asussa ja etenkin harmaiden vaatteiden parina.
Teini-ikäisenä käytin varmaan joka päivä sitä Mulberryn klassikko vihreää ruudullista huivia ja kun olin käyttänyt sen puhki niin menin ostamaan toista. Liikkeessä kuitenkin sovitin myös tätä punasävyistä ja myyjätkin olivat sitä mieltä, että se sopi vaaleaan ihonsävyyni paremmin kuin se vihreä. Ja se on kyllä ihan totta! Nämä sävyt antaa edes vähän väriä kalpeille kasvoilleni ja tässä taas todiste siitä miten mun kannattaisi ehkä harkita värien lisäämistä omaan vaatekaappiini…
Vein tänään poikaystäväni lentokentälle ja nyt täytyy taas totutella kaukosuhteeseen. Kelasin tehdä postauksen siitä mitkä asiat meitä helpottaa kun ollaan erossa jos siellä ruudun puolella sattuu olemaan muita samassa tilanteessa olevia?
I just love the combination of burgundy and grey. Usually I’ve worn burgundy nail polish with an grey outfit, but now I found an old treasure in my closet. I’m glad I remembered I still have this scarf as it works so effortlessly with almost anything in my closet!
When I was a teenager I used to wear this classic Mulberry wool scarf in the signature green and after I wore it to the point where it actually fell apart, I went to buy another one. That’s when I saw this burgundy version and tried it on. Even the sales people told me the colors worked much better on my skin than the green toned and I couldn’t have agreed with them more. I guess this just shows I should add more color to my wardrobe…
Today I drove my boyfriend to the airport and now it’s time to get used to a long distance relationship again (at least for a while). I was thinking about doing a post about things that we feel make it easier to handle the distance. Are any of you in a long distance relationship as well?
