Maanantaina oli puhetta siitä, että tällä viikolla tulee ulos kolme eri asukokonaisuutta mihin jokaiseen olen yhdistänyt Chanelin rintaneulan hieman eri tavalla. Tässä siis toinen asuni rintaneulan kera! Tällä kertaa tupla-C pääsi takin hihan varteen. Tuo sijainti on mielestäni todella kiva, eikä ihan niin “in your face” kuin mitä se on näkyvämmällä paikalla. Mitä mieltä siellä ollaan?
Tämä hattu on Pariisin tuliainen ja löysin sen Le Bon Marchésta. Pitää muuten kehua sitä loistavaa palvelua mitä siellä sain (taisi olla ensimmäinen kerta kun palvelu jäi mieleen, vaikka olen asioinut kyseisessä tavaratalossa useasti). Iäkkäämpi myyjä oli todella sympaattinen ja palvelualtis ja hänen avullaan löysin juuri sen mallin mitä etsinkin. Sen lisäksi hän vielä teki pienen korjaustyön, jotta hattu istuu mahdollisimman hyvin päähäni. Korjaustyön jälkeen hän vielä paketoi ostoksen niin huolella, että ei voinut muuta kuin kiitellä hyvästä palvelusta. Tuntui muutenkin, että palvelu oli kaikkialla jopa yllättävänkin hyvää…Mitäköhän Pariisin ilmassa leijui tuona kyseisenä päivänä?
Täällä vedellään viimeisiä päiviä ennen lomalle lähtöä ja vielä pitäisi jaksaa pusertaa yksi koe. Neljäs ja viimeinen tällä viikolla. Sitten voinkin jäädä hyvillä mielin lomalle. I can do this!

This is my second look and this time I placed the brooch on the sleeve of the coat. This spot is less obvious and more discreet. I probably like it there the best! What about you?
This hat is a purchase I made in Paris from Le Bon Marché. This time the service was amazing as the lovely sales lady was super helpful. She helped me choose the correct model and then made small changes to make it fit better. It was for sure the best customer service I have received ever in Paris. That day I actually got very good service from most places…suspiciously good for Paris standards. I wonder what was it the air that day, heh…
I have my last few days in Uni before heading back to Finland for my Fall break. One more exam and then I’m done…I can do this!

Looking so classy and Parisienne chic once again! I’m loving your hat and so nice that you got a great customer service. I think that the great costumer service should be a MUST, at least when you go to finer stores/ malls or special shops… After all we’re leaving our money there and they get their salaries out of that money at the end of the month, so the least we can get is a proper help and assistance when needed.

Thank you Natali! Yeah I agree with you. Customer service is so important. When I was younger, I worked in customer service (in few different places) so I know it can be hard, but there is never a reason to be rude to a client. Luckily I think this is changing now in Paris for better.

Hyvältä näyttää! Ja tsemppiä vikaan kokeeseen 🙂 Itse yritän opiskella ranskaa itsenäisesti, ranskankurssin opettaja ei ollut mun makuun joten jätin kurssin kesken. Harmittaa vietävästi mutta uskon että pystyn itsekin opiskelemaan kieltä ainakin jonkun verran…
